its not worth it, full of bugs and they are not going to fix it anymore.... so stay away from the linux port!

Where did you found the information that it won't be fixed?

Yea where did you get the piece of information of valve not fixing steam for linux + I haven't had severe problems. Calm down it is just released and it isn't easy to port programs to linux which were designed and programmed with only windows in mind. Also you do not waste money on the linux version since all the titles will be available in windows too. ;)

It works okay for me. I just beat the game without any game breaking issues. I've got a Phenom 2 x4 965 and a Geforce 550Ti, so it's not an overpowered system either.

Just saw it is in the bastion forum. Well it even runs on my netbook, very slow but it runs. I guess if I upgraded ram and would overclock I could get it to a state where it is playable. On my desktop machine it is very smooth and it runs as good as on windows and haven't found any bugs yet. (playing new game plus)

on my comp it just crashes... and shows some error log. but, it will surely be fixed

It works very fine for me too, framerate is bit low during combat but that is due to my using open source drivers for the ATI card.

works fine to me

Works very well for me! Didn't experience any bugs. The only weird thing I saw was a glitch due to the Steam overlay and that was only for half a second or so.

I highly recommend this game to anyone (Linux or not)! It's beautiful!

Works great for me, tested on both NVIDIA GTX 460 and GTX 670.

Several FPS drops here... It's anoying to play with these lags. Using: NVIDIA GTX650, driver v310, Six-core processor and 8GB ram.

Mine's absolutely fine.

The only problam I saw is that you can't change the resolution, and it's hard to run smoothly when there's a lot of stuff on the screen when using HD resolutions. It should be able to change to 720p or lower. I use 960x540 for widescreen games when I can and it would probably run fine that way.

Runs well in my ubuntu box as well, also tried in OSX and worked just fine. Can't complain really!

I'm playing it right now on archlinux. Well, it runs flawless. And guess what, I have an intel celeron processor, dual core 1.8 ghz, with intergrated intel video card. Maybe you have some exotic hardware, or you have an ATI video card(that's the worst thing you can get on linux)
