Game crash at launch

Hi everyone!

I bought the game recently, but unfortunately I could not play even a minute of it. The game starts then crash. I read (here, in the forum) that it happens to some people who own a notebook whit a low gpu card, I'll post my especifications and the error log.

• I tried using the compatibility mode with no success.
  
• The drivers are updated.
  
• My configuration is very simple: Core i3 m380 2.53Ghz, 4Gb ram, Notebook.
  
• My OS is Windows 7 32 bits.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble running Eden. We attempt to test with as many cpu/gpu combinations as we can, but unfortunately there are some setups that we can't anticipate and make adjustments for.

Our engineers are on vacation this week, but when they return I'll discuss exploring other options for people having trouble with launching Eden.

I'm having the same problem as well. When i try to open the game, it never loads, and i get an "eden.exe has stopped working" pop up instead. I'd love to know about the soonest fix to this problem, thank you~

This happened to me as well, I reinstalled the game and it works fine now. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Same error, my crappy ol' integrated graphics card won't be helping. But a glance at task manager shows a CPU spike at 100% during run, then an immediate crash back down again to 10% for "eden.exe has stopped working".
Good job I'm finally buying a new lap top.
A reinstall was never going to fix it for me; but I optimistically tried it anyways.

I have the same issue with the game as Tekigan I have windows & and an integrated video set up - I'll try the reinstall with fingers crossed!!

Bumping this thread since there seems to be no other solution apart from those already provided, which clearly aren't working. This is a disgrace.
