Living in China my US friends can't connect to my server... help!

Hi, I have a friend who lives in China. Everytime she creates a server, I'm unable to join. She uses the ip that Google returns when she types "What's my ip?". When I create a server, she is able to connect to me just fine. Can someone point us in the right direction to solve this problem?

Hello.If she have a router,she must forward the port 7777.Thats usally can be done in the routers control panel.A firewall rule could be useful too if she have an agressive virus detection software like avira.

Thank you Tygra. I will check with her to see if she has acces to the router and to check if she is running any antivirius software.
