Im having trouble finding the Lihzard area
Seems to me that it isnt on my world.. i have been in the jungle searching all day found two hives and died more times than i care to count
any tips? add me or message me here for the info.
not sure if it is a random spawn or a 100% chance it will be in my world

it is always in the worlds. its in the deepest middle part of the jungle. if you look hard enough, you will see it.

As he stated, it is there you just have to find it. It is easier/harder depending on world size i would assume. My jungle takes up roughly a third of my map and its only just a small portion of the jungle.

Im on a large world btw.

Your best bet is to just dig straight down and move left/right and do it again until you find it if you have already explored all the caves etc

i havent explored all the cave but i think i will do the diggin straight down to try and find it
either of you have the neptune shell? ill buy it if u got it! =]
Funny, I stumbled upon the Temple fairly early but I can't find a single Beehive.

There's always supposed to be a Temple, so... keep looking.

Note: if you've beaten Plantera (and you should have, else you normally wouldn't be looking for the Temple since it would be locked for you), you shouldn't be dying in the Underground Jungle. You might want to work on your equipment first, the Golem isn't all that easy.

i got shroomite gear and titanum armor. dont have my farm setup properly so im not stocked up on potion looking for lihzard atm just to make the tunnel to it. and i also need the spiked ball traps
any gear reccomendations?

Spectre armor with ectoplasm farmed from hardmode dungeon mobs (rare chance any mob in the dungeon will spawn a ghost, kill it and it drops ectoplasm). You need ~54-60 to make a full set of armor. It is also magic tier so get some spells like Magnet Sphere or the Bat Staff as any magic damage you do with spectre armor will heal you.

Best sustainable armor in the game imo

you mean raven staff?
Never seen Titanium (just started playing about a week ago and it's not in my world), but Shroomite is pretty high-end stuff. Maybe your weapon's the issue?

Yeah, Spectre Armor and Infernal Trident + Magnetic Sphere is what I use to farm the Golem. I almost got it with my Warrior setup (Turtle Armor with Paladin's Hammer) but in the end the constant healing from the Spectre Armor just isn't beatable.

you mean inferno fork?
Not sure of the exact name, it shoots decently strong fireballs that make explosions. Kills the Destroyer in 20 seconds, it's pretty funny.

Still, I generally prefer Magnetic Sphere unless there's a lot of enemies. Unerring aim, really great damage.

Hardmode Dungeon gear is pretty amazing. I used to die a lot in the Underground Dungeon too, before I beat Plantera, but now it's pretty much unthinkable. Everything dies too quickly.

i havent beaten plantera yet im using shroomite gear (given to me) and mega shark with 1500 crystal bullets...found a guide on him on youtube i tried it..using teleporters but having to hit the switches made it difficult
still trying to beat him.. the bulbs respawn right?
Yes, the bulbs respawn in any Jungle area and there's normally more than one, so you can pick one close to your ideal fighting location. If one isn't to your liking you can even activate it, then escape (using a Mirror or something) and come back to see if it's back in a better location.

I wasn't able to beat Plantera with a Ranged character, so I had to beat it with a Warrior setup, Turtle Armor and five Light Discs. I came very close to killing it with the Megashark though, and I didn't have Shroomite Armor or Crystal Bullets, plus I have terrible aim... so you might very well succeed.

Plantera has the key to the Temple, so while finding it wouldn't hurt, it wouldn't be much use at the moment. Beating Plantera is what opens up many possibilities.

i know. just looking for lihzard temple so i dot have to search later
id like to build light discs soon and i had turtle armor idk what happen to it so while searching for temple i kill turtle so i can eventually build turtle gear

The main thing behind plantera is just continuing to kite her. Of course stock up on potions and well-fed buff etc to aid in the battle. As dumb as it may sound, it is easier to fight plantera in a more complicated area to move around, completely open such as the underworld makes her move incredibly fast it is insane. I can't even kill her with the best items in the game like that. I am sure it is possible but its just absurdly hard. For my method i dog a 8-10 block wide around the temple once i found it and just kited her around the entire thing. make wooden platform where needed to better move around it.

Take a screenshot of your world map and upload it to imgur.com or something else and post it and we can get a look at what you have explored.

If you created your world before the 1.2 patch there won't be a temple, though.
