Right click Terraria in LIBRARY and click Propeties then goto LOCAL FILES and click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE then try the game.

If that dont work then try this

Right click Terraria in LIBRARY and click Properties then goto LOCAL FILES and click BROWSE LOCAL FILES and install the 2 files called "dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64" and "xnafx40_redist" then try the game again

If you take a look at his profile you see he has 10 hours played with no achievements unlocked meaning his game is either running in the background but not appearing or he has been constantly spam trying to play it hoping for it to appear.

Well when you put it that way, sure. But if you're feeling tired and can't get to sleep because "HEY WHO NEEDS SLEEP NOT ME HAHAHA" or some such lunacy, then it may not be.

You guys do realize the OP may very well be trolling, don't you? This smells like an alternate account of EnablingUrchin, who was once known as Unicorn but who has now been banned from the forum. He had the same sense of humour as depicted in the OP's username as well. The sheercontraciction in what the OP is asking should atleast send a few hints.
