I want to upload my ScreenShots, but steam client don't launch in the back ground of the game. How do you upload your ScreenShots?

Use the Print Button to capture the screen-content. Then enter paint and paste the image (ctrl+v) then save it.

You should be able to enable the overlay by fully exiting the game and steam, then right clicking on the steam shortcut and selecting 'run as administrator'. Then run the game and the overlay should function.
