For the last 5 days I have not been able to play the game, and keep getting this message, did all that supesedly will fix the problem, reinstaled the game, validated files, and nothing.
Is there anyting I can do to fix this?

Are you running directly through the .exe file or by hitting "Play" on Steam? Have you tried to run the game as an admin?

I have run the game in all the options you mention, and nothing

I contacted aoe online and they checked all my files and they are ok, so is a STEAM problem.
