Alright, so this server isn't enough ? http://puu.sh/lbpmK/6aa4363104.png
or you want to be able to pay it during almost 4 years ? :D
A private doesn't need 3'000 euro for infrastructure. That's just the proof that your project isn't real.
Age of empire HD is the reason they shuted down age of empire online. When they understood that the freemium economic model of age of empire online wasn't giving them enough profit, they tough:
"Hey! Let's do something easy! Take some already existing game and make it HD!"
There was even less work to do with age of mythologie extended edition.
By closing age of empire online, it force the new player do buy age of empire II, III, and mytologie if they wished to play the genre again and the old player if they wished to continue playing online.
What I am trying to say is that age of empire II HD is more about money than the love of the game. If you can't proove microsoft that they can do money (not a petition sign by a thousand person, it needs to be way more) with age of empire online, then trust me they won't bring it back whatever you do.
well they shut it down because it sued GFWL and all the GFWL login, account verification and all the other stuff FINALLY DIED. took some epic games with it. a data conversion to strip the entirety of the GFWL stuff and replace it with steam interface would've been the way to go.
