Lume is a short, simple and linear story with several puzzles to solve in order to get to the end.
The game runs on flash. The graphics are children-book-alike and the animation is a nice effort on 2.5-D. Gameplay it smooth (simple point and click). The music is nice and calm but if you spend too much time playing the game, the loop can result a little bit boring. The puzzles are rather difficult for a game whose looks seem to be children-oriented and the game gives you almost no-clues. The lenght of the game is, to be honest, too short.
The studio behind Lume (State of Play) is working on a longer and more complex sequel to this game, but unless you catch Lume on a bundle or at a great low price, I would recommend you to buy this first game on the series only if you really love to contribute to small indie teams or if you hate long games (Lume really, really feels too short).
