Wierd HUD glitch

The game world is fine but I cannot see what I'm doing, a wierd white thing is covering my screen even though my HUD is visible almost ontop of the white layer

Have you tried the fixes in the Pinned " Problems?,Crashing?,Laggy? Try This " thread? It is a good place to start solving problems.
