so why was this game removed from steam in the first place?

I remember digging through web back in 2014, when I still remember the game was not available on Steam store, not even GameHub would load. I found articles saying the game was also removed from Xbox Live Arcade at one point, too. I say, it looks too troublesome to try and figure out just what happened between Vanguard Games (the developer) and EA. I got the game with that EA Origin Bundle like 2 years ago, and during this time I noticed the game even changed name in my Steam games library to Gatling Gears Vanguard, if memory serves me right. Had trouble launching it, but I was happy since something was happening, all of a sudden Steam achievements displayed in Library view. Could launch it directly from installation folder, but it still required Origin account login - guess after all this time, whatever was going on, is finished. I checked today and noticed the game actually is back in Steam store, and global achievement stats indicate that people are already earning achievements. Installing the game now
