I Cant Start A.V.A

I try too start the game and i press start or play or whatever and it loads then i message comes up saying...Do you want to make changes...I accept that then it starts up and another rectagle message pops up saying ver:461965391 something like that i can see the start menu but i press 'ok' on the rectangle and it closes it. Any help Thanks .
