Hey guys, I just wanted to drop a note that I have got to the bottom of the issue with the change in mouse sensitivity. Part of the update changed us from using simple WM_MOUSEMOVE events to using the RawInput api for windows. This change means that the mouse move events would now be recorded without the acceleration or velocity curves applied by windows, resulting in a different mouse feel.
I am working on an update that will go out today as a beta that will reverse this change, going back to using the post-processed windows values unless you opt into the new system by setting a new cvar, m_rawinput. RawInput will provide you with lower latency input but at the cost of not having the windows processing done on the movement.
